ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to study the impact of staff training and development on staff performance in office administration.
The study was carried out using the NIGERIAN BOTTLING COMPANY, ASEJIRE PLANT, OSUN STATE).
In addition to related literature, consulted questionnaires were administered on training and development on staff performance in office administration.
The first chapter explained the introduction of the whole project.
How training has reduced the error enormous task performed by administration and enhance their productivity in many ways.
The second chapter of research carried out a related literature reviews, and reveals the definition of a training and how training has change the staff performance in office administration.
The third chapter explained the research procedure and methodology e.g. population, sample size, instrumentation and Administration and Collection of Data.
The fourth chapter revealed the data analysis and interpretation of data where the responses gathered from respondents were analyzed and summarized in a tabular form.
Also, the chapter five explains the summary of findings, recommendation and conclusion to each concerned.

1.1 BACKGROUND TO THE STUDY
Organisation is human construction for the accomplishment of predetermined purposes of all organizational resources, which are human, materials, money and machines.
Therefore, office Administration could be referred to as an organisation with organized activities identifying consumer’s need, engaging in production and marketing of its product, which may be tangible or intangible goods and services to achieve aims and objectives of the administration.
However, most Office Administration leaders are of the opinion that human competence which is adequate today may be inadequate tomorrow, hence Office Administration resort to training and development is the most important and vital elements to an administration which is human resources as a means of measuring performance and to upgrade personnel to ensure continuous office administration.
